Matcha is a kind of high quality powder-formed green tea (it is smashed powder, not instant tea powder), whose raw material leaves (named Tencha) is harvested by Japanese methods, and smashed into powder by certain machines. Matcha is a kind of very tiny powder-formed tea ( about a diameter of 200 meshes to 1500 meshes (about 5μm to 75μm) ). Organic Matcha Green Tea Powder is known for its green color , fresh aroma and taste. Our matcha is made in China, free of rediation. For two to three weeks in early spring the tea plants are covered to induce shade that drives valuable nutrients into the leaf. Shade growing the tea plants also increases the amino acid L-theanine in the tea leaf. The earliest spring leaves are then harvested and stone ground producing a tea that energizes and relaxes at the same time. The powder is then mixed with hot water and whisked into a frothing oxygenated beverage. This is one of the most amazing things about drinking matcha: you feel totally alert and yet totally relaxed simultaneously

 

When you drink matcha you consume the leaves, unlike other green teas. For this reason matcha contains, by volume, higher concentrations of catechins and vitamins.

Our matcha is processed with the very good material of most fresh leaves produced in 4,5 months. Use the plastic

membrane covering over tea trees to shelter against the sun. Such cultivation method could increase the tea's chlorophyll by 60%, amino acids by 40%,and make it less bitter and more green.

The process procedure is steaming the fresh leaves, drying(driying for several times, gradually drying and drying),

then processing it by cutting, grinding into micro powder.
