Making process of this product

1.Product Planning

Order from a pig farm - Soga Field offered services for the pig farm to produce their own branded products as per below -

Suggested to make 4 new products – Pork curry, Pork stew, Pork topping rice, Pork soup featuring their rarely-delicious pork ;those products maximize the features of great material(pork).

Proposed our own recipe for each product to pack them in retort bag.

 

2.Presented the package design for above 4 products.

To tell that it's made in Japan, we have incorporated the traditional atomosphere of Japanese to the package title logo and photo.

And, we selected a unique style of opening package to tell originality of the product.

 

 

 

We choosed the best bag of retort from many types of them, in view of volume and transporting.

3. Production

We are experts of selecting appropriate factories for outsourcing depending on the needs from various clients.

We have hundreds of aligned production sites throughout Japan so that the idea for new food products can be realized perfectly by matching the needs and the production capacity of each factory.

      

 

We could also manage to manufacture by the minimum lot of 500 for each product – which is something only we can offer!

Those products are packed and transported (without cool care).
