We are looking for investment partner to develop the project of palm oil plantation of 19,000 ha
We own palm oil location permit (legal, sole and exclusive) as much as 19,000 Hectares in Sumatra Island of Indonesia and is looking for partnership on the project
Our company had secured legal location permit from the government, the permit renders the company sole exclusive right to work on the 19.000 hectares of the location, termed 'Location Permit'. However, as it takes about 2 years for the project to be bankable, we are now seeking partnership from private investor/corporation to fund the whole project (total cost needed USD 150mill).
We are open for profit sharing/share sharing for this cooperation, in which we are very open for negotiation with investor.

Palm Oil industry is a very prospective industry and rare-to-get project. This is because suitable arable landbank is getting more and more limited, also considering the fact that palm oil is only suitable in tropic equator zone of earth (right now Indonesia and Malaysia is the top producer of palm oil). Palm oil has many downstream products and had various uses throughout industries, one of its remarkable downstream product includes biodiesel (Since 2005, palm oil prices has correlated with the price of world crude oil due to its substitutive nature). Palm oil is also very competitive and economical and less-forest-destructing than other Vegetable Oils like soybeans,rapeseed,SUNFLOWER, etc, this is because of its high yield output 3.74-6 tonne/ha/year compared to soybean oil 0.38 tonne/ha/year, sunflower 0.48 tonne/ha/year and rapeseed 0.67 tonne/ha/year.
Palm oil projects are long-term oriented, its payback period will be obtained within 11 years, however it has high internal rate of return as well, which is 19.18%
