The SSMP Garden fresh papaya Pulp is made from selected variety of red and yellow papayas, ripened under controlled conditions. The preparation process includes cutting, deseeding, peeling, refining and packing. In case of aseptic product, the pulp is sterilized and packed in presterilized aseptic bags. The refined pulp is also packed in cans, hermetically sealed and retorted. Frozen pulp is pasteurized and deep frozen in plate freezers. Our process ensures that the natural flavour and aroma of the fruit is maintained in the final product. papaya is particularly noted for its strong medicinal values.
