We run a cottage industry in a mountainous area of Northern Greece. Using pure ingredients from our local market and old traditional recipes, we produce many varieties of Pasta, which bring out the flavor of homemade pasta.

B) Organic production of pasta

5. Cous Cous with eggs
6. Barley-shaped pasta (simple or whole wheat).
