Press for dry pasta, short cut or long cut, built with under total vacuum technology.
Compact machine complete of volumetric dosing system having electronic control, pre-mixer (where requested), and mixing vessels completely in stainless steel, compression screws in stainless steel AISI 420B and headpieces with die chamber for quick die change.
The presses are equipped with a ventilated and variable speed cutting group, dry vacuum pump and electric control panels designed for easy management of the extrusion phase.
