DESCRIPTION
Unikzyme PE30 s pectinase derived from the strain of Aspergillus nigeri, which finds application in the fruit and vegetable processing industry.

1.Effect of pH
Unikzyme PE30 is active over a wide rang between pH2.0-5.0.
2.Effect of Temperature
The activity of Unikzyme PE30 is effective in a range of 15- 55°C, with an optimum performance at 50°C.

DOSAGE
The dosage of Unikzyme PE is 6-100g/Ton on juice. Pectin content in different periods are different, so the optimum dosage of Unikzyme PE30 is based upon the test.
STORAGE
Store at 4-10°C, in unopened and sealed original containers.
