Quality: The tomato used in our production is sane, red and mature. The peeled tomatoes are typically brilliant red, of a good consistency, compact and free from peels.
Processing: In order to guarantee to the final consumer safe products with high nutritional values, the company has stated that tomato harvest should be made only at complete ripening and that the manufacturing should begin straight after harvest, checking all the process phases.
Conservation: SanPaolina products are natural, so after opening must be kept into refrigerator at +4°C and used within 3-4 days.
How to use: SanPaolina peeled tomatoes can be used for all recipes. However for the characteristics of the peeled tomatoes, we suggest to use them to prepare typical sauces for pasta, according to the recipes of the Mediterranean diet
OGM end allergens: SanPaolina products do not contain OGM materials or allergens and can be eaten by all consumers' categories.
