We has developed a truly remarkable produ-ct for chefs everywhere. We have seven types of dried chiles that come in pastes. Why paste? The big problem in working with dried chiles, is that they take a tremendous amount of time in preparation work before you can use them (please refer to our sec-tion that talks about how to prepare chiles for cooking).
With our chile paste and other products, we have eliminated all the steps involved. Our chile paste is ready to use, right out of the jar. No stems, no seeds, no roasting, and no hydrating. The paste is all natural, 98 percent pure, and very concentrated, so you actually use less paste than normally required in recipes using dried chiles.
