pork, bacon, iodised salt, maltodextrin, dextrose, spice (with mustard), preservative: sodium nitride, antioxidant: ascorbic acid, smoke.
Surface preservative: potassium sorbate, casing: pepper, gelatine.
100g salami is made of 118g meat.
