Pharia is high quality dry rosé wine produced from the Plavac mali grape variety growing on the vineyards of the island of Hvar. It is light rosé in color with distinctive quality bouquet, balanced and fresh flavor, refi ned with delicate fruity odors. It contains from 11.5 to 12.5 vol. % of alcohol as well as 5.5 to 6.5 g/L of acid. We recommend the wine be served at temperatures from 10°C to 14°C with white meat and sea fish.
