Named after the aymara word “ph’isara” which means “shelled”, this small revolution is in fact pre cooked  Royal Quinoa. Extremely quick to cook  ( approximately 8 minutes), it can be served with Meat eggs, baked vegetables, potatoes... It can also be consumed with milk, according to your personal taste.
