* Specification:
- Fresh gherkin/cucumber: 50 – 55%
- Brix: 3.5 – 4%; 5 – 6%; 6 – 8%;
- salt (Nacl2): 1.8 – 2%; 1.8 – 2.5%
- Acid Acetic: 0.3 – 0.45%; 0.3 – 0.6%
- Spices: garlic, chili, carrot, dill, celery…: 2 – 3% (can be changed as buyer’s option)
- Pure water
* Packing : in Glass Jar 1500ml x 6/ CTN; 1600CTNS/20’DC
