The pistachio shelling machine designed for removing the outer shells of pistachios and pine nuts, high rate of kernels and high separation rate.
Working Principle:
1. Better grading the pistachios first, to get same size pistachios, then pour into shelling machine.
2. After shelling , we can get shell, pistachio kernel, broken shells, and unshelled pistachio.
3. Shells, broken shells come out from the bottom discharge outlet.
4. Pistachio kernels come out from the second-layer discharge outlet.
5. Unshelled pistachio will back to shelling machine, cracking the shell again.
