The fruiting body of pleruotus Salmoneostramineus is in medium size. The pileus is shell-shaped or fan-shaped and the edge rolls in early days. Then the edge stretches out like waves with diameter of 3~14 cm, and small fluff almost smooth. The pileus is pink or salmon color in early time then turns into light khaki and salmon white. The bacterial context is thin and is in pink or similar to red. It is intensive and has delayed growth and unequal length. The bacterial stem is unobvious or very short.
