Depending on the needs for pneumatic transport, capacity or number of end users, possibilities of delivery and types of dusty media, we design, manufacture, mount, set for trial work and train the staff to manage equipment in proper and safe way. Pneumatic transport is a technology used for reception, storage, distribution and dosing of dusty media / flour, sugar, castor sugar, cacao, etc. /. Operating mode is that dusty or granular media are transported through pipelines with the help of continuous air.
A cistern delivers the media which is then transported into one of the vessels by an autonomous rotary blower. Level indicator controls the volume of vessel filling and temperature indicator controls the temperature of the media in the vessel. Content of one vessel can easily be transported to the other vessel.
Excess of air brought by fluid is exhausted over bag filter. Dusty filter bags are shaken with the compressed air. If the media has to be delivered in bags, these are thrown into the emptying basket, and then through the cell doser and the pipeline transported to the vessel.
Transport of the media from the vessels to the daily tank is done over bin activators, pipe distributor and cell doser that enable even inlet of the media into a compressed air current from the rotary blower. Fluid media is transported to a common cyclon and from there to the daily tanks by a cell doser. Transport of media is cut off by level control switch. Surplus of air from the fluid transport is taken away by a pipeline to the cyclon, where remaining particles of the media are separated from air.
When media is required, a screw conveyor under the daily tank is turned on as well as the cell doser and together with air from the fluid it is transported to the cyclon. The cyclon is equipped with a filter, pneumatic shaker of filter bags and pneumatic striker as a support at gravity outlet of the media. A cyclon is set on scales, which enable a precise weighing for further use.
Technological cycle is controlled by a central processing unit, with a visual identification of each variable value and a display of their current values, with a possibility of changing pre-set up values. Functioning of the system is possible in manual and automatic mode.
