The HAP USB Hearing Instrument Programming unit along with fitting software and programming cables constitutes the complete HAP USB system. The HAP USB hardware serves as a standardized interface between a PC and programmable hearing instruments.

 

Connection the PC is by means of the supplied USB(Universal Serial Bus)cable. The USB connection both establishes electrical power and the data communication between the PC and the HAP USB.

 

 

 

On the cabinet front two 6-pole mini-DIN connectors for the cables to the programmable hearing instruments facilitate programming of both a left and a right hearing instrument.
