Wine-making process:
The grapes harvested by hand, in a farm from the region, come into the wine cellar in great conditions, where they are partially destemmed and crushed, following up with the fermentation by the traditional method in stainless steel vats, during 8 days, at a controlled temperature between 26º-28ºC. Afterwards, the malolactic fermentation occurs during 8 months, 1/3 in stainless steel vats, and the other part in barrels of French and American oak. And finally 6 months in bottles.
Organoleptic characteristics:
It has a limpid aspect, with intense rubi colour. It has young and fruity flavours like jam. With a smooth and very elegant taste, full-bodied revealing notes of ripe and red fruits, persistant, with good quality tannins very well integrated that ensure some longevity.
Conservation:
Keep the bottle lying down, far from light to ensure its characteristics. Due to the wine-making method is subject to create deposit.
