Flamengo Cheese Ball Clover
Flemish cured cheese, clear, semi-hard, with few eyes disseminated in the mass of firm consistency, obtained by draining after coagulation of whole and semi-skimmed milk, pasteurized after yellow folder.
Spherically shaped, slightly flattened at the ends; approximate diameter of 13 cm.
Approximate weight of 1,200 kg
Consuming preferably at room temperature and slicing about 30 minutes before use.
