Powder for the preparation of Dairy Beverage is a product obtained by blending process of dairy ingredients and carbohydrates ingredients resulting in a powder product for the preparation of beverage.

Natural, Chocolate, Vanilla and Strawberry.
We have many other flavors and also customizaded flavors, depending the needs of the clients.
INGREDIENTS
Dairy blend (whey solids, hydrogenated vegetable fat, maltodextrin solids, Whey Protein concentrate, stabilizers disodium phosphate, emulsifier mono and diglycerides of fatty acids and natural identical milk flavour), saccharose, fructose, gum guar and carrageenan, emulsifier microcrystalline cellulose,artificial color and flavor. GLUTEN FREE.
USE INDICATION
Mix 200 kg of the powder in 800 L of water. Pasteurize the misture into Pasteurizer plates (75ºC/20 seconds) or in tank for slow pasteurization (65ºC/30 minutes). After, lower it the temperature to 4ºC. Packing of in appropriate packaging and keep refrigerated.
STORAGE AND HANDLING
Store in cool, dry and ventilated place. Packages should not be exposed to direct sunlight and should not be kept in direct contact with walls or floors. Keeping at temperatures below 25°C and 65% relative humidity will guarantee storage life.
SHELF LIFE
Best use before one year after manufacturing date.

Multilayer paper bags with polyethylene liner inside containing 25 kg.
