Automatic prawn cracker machine, also named shrimp cracker machine, consists of several machines, namely, mixing machine, extruding machine, shaping and cutting machine. It can produce shrimp crackers, prawn crackers made from corn starch, shrimp oil, shrimp powder, shrimp sauces and more.

Main function of this machine is to shape the mixed material as one certain length cylinder

This cutter is to cut those cylinder into shrimp crackers, and the cutting speed can be adjusted.
Tips: Dried shrimp crackers increased at least 2-3 times the volume after the previous bombing. The ingredients added sugar and other carbohydrates, which ensures that the shrimp crackers won't be burnt when frying temperature no higher than 150 ℃.
