This laminated pasta is prepared from HRS wheat and cut into different thickness ( 1 mm,1.5 mm and 5 mm ). It then tthrough an intense steaming "precooking process" at 300F. Then the noodles are dehydrated to 10% moisture level, creating a fine texture and a natural flavor.
They are packaged in different sizes from 180 g to 1,000 g. presented as: Pre-Cooked Noodles, Chow Mein and Pre-Cooked Fettuccine (for microwave oven). The Noodles are prepared by cooking them for three to five minutes in boiling water. The pasta has a 1 year shelf life.
