INCANTESIMO Syrah
Incantesimo is a regional dry red wine from the Thracian lowland in Bulgaria. It is produced from the grapes of a single vineyard, specially selected because of its characteristics. Grape picking took place when optimally ripe by hand, vinification was performed in a specific process in accordance with the Syrah variety. The wine has aged in French oak barrels for twelve months and then six more months in bottles before releasing on the market.The wine has a beautiful dark ruby color. The aroma is attractive, multi-layered, being dominated by black forest fruits, blackberries, ripe mulberries, together with tones of chocolate, Coffee and spices . The taste is fruity and caressing and the aftertaste is long and memorable.
It is suitable to be served with red meat and game at temperature 15–18°C.
