Our Quinoa has a nutty flavor with a fluffy texture. It is widely consumed for its superior health qualities since its a complete vegan protein and an excellent source of fiber, iron, folate and vitamin B6. Our Organic Three Color Quinoa is a tasteful blend of highly nutritious White, Red and Black Quinoa. It provides nine essential amino acids contributing to a healthy diet. In order to cook quinoa, use 2-2.5 cups per 1 cup of dry quinoa. Soak it for 15-20 minutes, rinse thoroughly and drain water. Add water in a pot and heat it on low. Cover it once the water reaches to the level of quinoa. Allow it to sit for 15-20 minutes. Team it up with cold salads, mix it with breadcrumbs, use it to make patties and pancakes, cook it with vegetables or chickenbroth etc., It is easy to make and satiates your hunger for longer time. It can also be replaced with rice.
