Processing and displaying information from NDC Sensors and Scanning Frames, the NDC Systems platforms allow users to present information in the format they require, and to transmit this to management information systems, SCADA packages and process control systems.
The NDC "TDi" (Total Distributed Intelligence) System architecture is simple and elegant ensuring minimal cabling and hardware with maximum flexibility and convenience. The TDi Systems are built around intelligent sensors and scanning frames, with each device running its own compact yet powerful processor, called the D-BRICTM. Communications between systems components is via an Ethernet network.
NDC Systems are available for applications requiring no more than a single fixed point or scanning sensor right up to systems running multiple scanning sensors with complex controls.
The NDC Systems range comprises:
System 5400-for systems with single or up to 4 fixed-point sensors
System 5100-polar profile system
System 8000 TDi-for scanning profile systems with up to 3 scanning frames
