Gold-plum branded Chinkiang vinegar, made from the southern special high quality rice and the water from “the World First Spring”, a famous spring located in Zhenjiang City. Being rosy in colour, sour, fragrant and sweet in taste, this vinegar is an excellent condiment for cooking. Chinkiang vinegar won several major awards, including the gold medal of the exhibition held by the Southeast Asia Hypothec Association in 1909, the title of High-Quality Product of Jiangsu Province in 1979, the national silver medal in 1980 and the “Gold Prize” awarded by Comite International d’Action Gastronomique et Touristique de France in 1985.
Gold-plum branded pure sesame oil is made from the traditional processing techniques. Golden yellow, transparent, and crystal-clear, it gives off a rich fragrance and becomes one of the main condiments for making Chinese-style refreshments and foods. It won the “Gold Prize” awarded by Comite International d’Action Gastronomique et Touristique de France in 1985.
