Purple potato Powder
It is a kind of natural edible color which is made from crushed purple sweet potato through an extraction, filtration, refining, concentration and sterilizing processes.
Its main compositions are anthocyanins and flavones.
This product is red purple powder which is easily dissolved in water and water-alcohol solutions.
