Ingredients:
Chana Dal, Urd Dal, Coriander Seeds, Red Chillies, Cinnamon, Jeera, Pepper, Fenugreek, Mustard, Asafoetida, Curry Leaves and Vegetable Oil.
Preparation: (1 Liter) Cook Toor Dal using Pressure Cooker. Add salt to taste and Rasam Powder (2-3 teaspoons), Tamarind Juice (2-3 teaspoons), Jaggery if required, and Curry Leaves. Again cook for 5 minutes. For Garnishing add Chopped Coriander leaves and Coconut paste or dry coconut. If required add chopped onion. Ready to serve for 3-4 persons.
