The reaction kettle mainly services at such manufacture procedure as hydrolysis, neutralization, crystallization, distillation, vaporization, storage, etc. at the pharmaceutical industry, food industry, chemical industry, and light industry, it’s made of stainless steel such as SUS304, SUS321, SUS304L, SUS316L, etc.
The agitator can be anchor type, paddle type or turbine type.
The drive mechanism can be cyclical-pin-gear speed reducer or stepless speed changing reducer. The sealing device maybe mechanical sealing, meanwhile, the structure of heating cooling device maybe of jacket, half pipe or coil. The heating mode can be steam, electrical heating or heat conducting oil so as to meet the requirements for acid resistance, high temperature resistance, corrosion resistance and abrasion resistance, high temperature resistance, corrosion resistance and abrasion resistance.
