Harvesting & Processing

The major scope of processing activities include post harvest sorting, washing, waxing, drying, grading, packing and logistics. The produce is brought to kinnow processing plant, where it is washed, waxed, dried, graded, packed and labelled in the processing plant. After packing (cardboard and wooden boxes), fruit is transported to Karachi Port either in open-top trucks or refrigerated containers. Then it is shipped to different countries.

Packaging

We export Citrus fruits packaged in boxes of 5, 8, 10 and 13 kg, with all measures to prevent damage in transit. Packaging of 48, 54, 60, 66, 72, 84, 90,100 oranges is also available based on the sizes of oranges. Kinnow is available with us in sizes 55mm to 90mm. Materials used for Citrus packaging are cartons, standard boxes, half-boxes, wire-bound boxes and fruit crates made of corrugated board or wood. For full container loads, we offer delivery of fruits in refrigerated containers.
