♦ How to use "Red fat (E-805)"
1. Lard is in a solid state at room temperature. It needs to be melted at around 80°C in a hot water. 2. It becomes transparent liquid oil. Pour the oil into a stainless steel container. *** Please use the oil from 5-20ml as you preference. The oil will make a sharp and spicy taste.
