Physicochemical Properties : Epoxidized soybean Oil is a kind of slight yellow viscous oily liquid , with viscosity of 325mpa.s, refractive index of 1.473 and density of 0.985 . Epoxidized Soybean Oil is not soluble in water ,but it is soluble in organic solvent , such as Hydrocarbon, ketone, lipids, higher alcohols, etc and also slightly soluble in alcohol .
Application: Epoxidized soybean oil is polyvinyl chloride plasticizer and Stabilizer with good heat and light stability. Epoxidized soybean oil can be widely used in c ircuit board , cables, PVC leathers, food package bags, medical equipment s and culture products. As a substitution of phthalates plasticizers ,it has a great significan c e for the aging resistance and stabilization of PVC products.
