SCFE（Supercritical Fluid Extraction）oat oil is a clear, light yellow solvent-free oil with a mild, natural aroma that is extracted from a proprietary species of Avena sativa , it retains all of the important biologically active components.
Oat oil is rich in phospholipids, glycolipids and unsaturated fatty acids, and free of trans fatty acids.
Oat oil contains a very high level of important natural Antioxidants, including several forms of Vitamin E and unique Avenanthramides. And it has a stabilizing property when added to oils and emulsions and has an excellent shelf life due to the naturally occurring antioxidants unique to oats.
