1.  Buyer issues NCNDA along with LOI or ICPO

1a Seller Mandate issues SCO and wait the return signed and sealed by the buyer

2. Seller issues Draft Contract open for Amendment

3. Buyer countersigns, seals and forwards vi e-mail the draft contract to Buyer

4. Seller issues Proforma Invoice to Buyer

5. Buyer confirms within five (3) banking days and buyer's bank sends SWIFT Non operative Non Transferable Irrevocable Confirmed Covered Or Operative Irrevocable Confirmed Covered , Standby Letter of Credit Via Swift MT700 or BG /MT760

6. Seller issues and sends full Proof of Product )POP) and gives 2% PB to buyers' for verification to buyer bank account -

7. Buyer's banker verifies the POP bank to bank and if all fine, LC and 2% PB becomes operative and Buyer’s bank will pay the Seller's bank at the destination port

8. Delivery commences as per contract and the shipment should arrive at Buyers's discharge port

9. Buyer releases payment to seller bank after inspection at destination port 100% payable by T/T wire transfer for each shipment within 7 banking days upon the cargo passes SGS or CIQ and receipt of all relevant payment documents

10.Seller cannot give any past (record) documents of their past performance to third parties which is prohibited according to sales agreement
