Our releasing agents are all of vegetable origin and can easily be sprayed or brushed onto tins, baking sheets, bands and other machinery. We have releasing agents for horizontal as well as vertical application.
As our products do not contain any water, there is no risk for corrosion of your baking surfaces. Furthermore, our release agents also inhibit carbonization, i.e. deposition of carbon residues, on the baking surfaces. All release agents from Aromatic are neutral in taste in order not to affect the flavour of the end product.
Soya lecithin of IP quality is available for producers who want to avoid GMO in their production. Furthermore, lecithin originating from sunflower instead of soya is available for producers who also want to avoid allergens in their production. For artisan users, Aromatic offers a releasing agent filled in a handy ozone-friendly aerosol can.
