2. Instructions:

 

Hot use :

 

1) Place the hot cold pack in the heated water for 10 minutes.

 

2) Remove the hot cold pack from water with a tong,wipe try.

 

3) Place the hot cold pack against forearm to check for desired temperature, if too hot let it cool.

 

 

 

Cold use:

 

1) Store hot cold pack in freezer for at least two hours.

 

2) Wipe the hoarfrost from the hot cold pack before use.
