Q1: What is Virgin hair?

Virgin hair is a form of human hair, which has never been colored or permed. It is 100 percent unprocessed hairs wherein all the cuticles remain intact.

  Q2:    what’s remy hair ?

Remy hair is a premium segment of the virgin human hair. The cuticle layer of the hair remains intact and runs in the same direction to prevent any kind of tangling and retaining its own natural look.  

Q3:  Could the hair be dyed and iron-flat?

   It is virgin hair, so could be dyed and iron-flat, iron flat plz don’t exceed 150C, or the hair will be destroyed.    Also the hair will come back to its natural wavy after you wash it or iron-flat.  

Q4: How often should I wash my wig ?

The frequency of washing depends on factors such as air quality and humidity. Generally,a wig should be washed after it has been worn 8-12 times ,but this can vary.  

Q5: Why the colors of the wig don't seem exactly as the pictures show or description says?

A: Different monitor have different displays. The same color number may have a little color difference. You could dye the hair if you need different 

  Q6 :What should i avoid ?

Don’t put your wig to heat in excess of 160°C.

Don’t brush your wig when net .

Only Natural Color can be dyed ,please don’t color hair if you order other colors,and don’t curled or straightened too often .

Use wig shampoo,wig conditioner,wig hair spray,wig mousse,and brushes or combs made especially for wigs.

We don’t recommend wearing your wig in a swimming pool.
