A classic Asian dessert, sometimes known as Mochi or as they call it in Thailand, Bua Loy. It is usually made from rice flour and various fillings like root crops or black sesame. Our version of Bua Loy uses our signature blend of starch to be able to achieve a unique and beautiful texture. Our Bua Loy is soaked in syrup and we are able to pack it to be shelf-stable for at least 18 months. It could be enjoyed with ice cream, shaved ice, or just on its own!
