Introducing ”Aori” production of rich flavour soup

by stir frying pork mince and vegetable with strong heat.  
1. Pour 50ml of Noukoku shoyu ramen soup (AC-260) into a bowl.                                                                        2. Pour lard into a well heated wok.                                                                                                                         3. Stir fry pork mince.                                                                                                                                               4. Add beansprouts and onion.                                                                                                                                5. Stir fry with strong heat.                                                                                                                                        6. Add 400ml of heated chicken soup stock.                                                                                                            7. Mix well and to boil.                                                                                                                                             8. Pour only soup into the bowl.                                                                                                                              9. Cook some noodles and drain them, then place into the bowl.                                                                            10. Stir noodles with chopsticks to break them up.                                                                                               11. Add remaining cooked ingredients from step 4

*** Serve BBQ pork, bamboo shoots, beansprouts, spring onion and boiled egg as toppings.

1.  For room temperature, lard oil in the solid formin white. Use it with boiled water at 80 dgree celucius.
2.  Use 2kg of Chicken Soup Liquid for 6 to 8 litres of water.
3.  Boil the chicken soup for Ramen soup.
