PRODUCTION NOTES
Following the whole grape fermentation traditional in Rioja. Temperature is controlled for fifteen days. 14 months aging in American oak barrel and a minimum of six months in bottle.

GASTRONOMY
Serve ideally between 16 -18ºC.
