VINIFICATION AND AGEING: Vinified in blend and macerated for a very short time under a low controlled temperature fermentation. Aged briefly in stainless steel containers, has a balance that makes this wine smooth and fresh at the same time. SENSORY PROFILE COLOUR: Deep and brilliant pink, with Cherry red reflections AROMA: Typical “Cerasa” cherry flavour mixed with post aromas. TASTE: Medium dry body, warm on the palate with good and crisp acidity combination. OUR NOTES AND FOOD MATCHING The Rosé wine Villa Le Viole, is delicate and elegant, we recommend this as appetiser or with fish antipastos, spaghetti with clams or pasta with light sauces.
