Procedures:

1. Seller Representative issue SCO/ FCO. {This document}

2. Buyer issues ICPO, BCL.OR RWA WITH SOFT PROBE& NCNDA.

3. Seller issue draft copy of contract for buyer’s review and for final signature.

4. Seller issue Proforma Invoice for payment.

5. Buyer signs & seals FCO/ DRAFT CONTRACT and returns to seller along with swift payment IRDLC of total contract and BG equal to one month into our bank account.

6. Buyer opens IRDLC along with BG/SBLC valid of 110% of one month delivery validity of 14 months.

7. Seller issue Performance Bond of 2% & POP through banks.

8. Shipment commences as Schedule.
