Description:
The Line is composed of Cup (Bowl) Making Machine, Cooling Conveyor and Cup Stacking Machine and makes use of the plastic sheet (PP, PS, PVC) that have been heated to a certain temperature. Many kinds of cup products such as Milk cup, soft-drink cup and water cup can be made by the Cup Making Machine through thermoforming, and then the cups pass the Cooling Conveyors to keep the forming shape and go to the Stacking Machine for Automatic Packing.
This Line has the advantage of manpower-saving and low cost in production. The Line is high in automatic production Level, fast in its production speed. The Automatic stacking of the products of the cups can be done by itself as the forming mould with self-cutting device.
