Electric Type
This tunnel oven is composed of oven tunnel, mesh belt , belt driving system, chimney, electric heating pipes and control cabinet.
The heater adopts infrared heating to make the biscuit baking equally.
Frequency inverts control cabinet makes more accurate temperature controlling and wider temperate regulate range
The oven is separate to several individual heating zones as per different formulas. Each Zone has can be regulated individually.

2. Gas Type
The machine is heated with gas(LPG or natural gas).Rapid heating up and energy saving.
The oven is grouped into heat control zones. The top and bottom heat are independently adjustable and preset. The measured temperature and preset temperature will be displayed in digital form.
To allow independent movement of the chamber to relieve stresses when expanding or contracting.
High-quality thermal insulating material is used to get good insulation and efficient fuel usage.
Steel work, ducts and chambers paint with high temperature (400゜C) silvery paint. Outer covers paint with hard finish gloss paint.

Fully automatic PID temperature control and automatic constant temperature.
