100% Heat-blast type Roaster
It employees format of heating the coffee bean as the heat
blast at high temperature instantaneously passes through the
coffee beans which enables each of the coffee beans to be
heated and roasted while suspended in the space, thereby
maintaining uniform quality at all times.
Heat blast format expediently responds to the set
temperature to enable sensitive roasting. Therefore,
breadth of the range of temperature setting becomes
wider with shortening of the roasting time to less than
5minutes at the time of roasting. Accordingly new concept
of taste can be created by expanding the scope of self-roasting
by transcending the concept of existing format.
Furthermore, set date enables continuous production with accurate quality,
and anyone to carry out roasting easily, thereby brining about reduction in cost of manpower.
Drum section made of transparent glass will display the full view of the actual
