Pulping system

Forming system
Including one set of forming machine; vacuum auto drain system and auto control cabinet.One piece of forming platen and transfering platen equiped.Platen size:750*400mm. It can be mounted 2sets of 30-cell egg tray mold on the platen(2pcs/cycle). Cycle time:15-20 seconds/cycle.
Drying system
Outline dimension:10080*2950*3600mm; single layer conveying chain,one burner with French or Italian brand.The enery for option: LPG,GAS,diesel oil.Equiped with auto control cabinet.
Subsidary Equipments
Vacuum pump,18.5kw, one set; air compressing system: air compressor(11kw,1set),air dryer,air filter and air storage tank.
•Production line occupation : about 530m2 . Requirement for the workshop : height ≥4.5m , width≥12m , length≥45m.
