High solubility: Neotame,appearing as white crystalline powder,has water solubility of 12.6 g/L at ambient temperature,and 950 g/L solubility in alcohol
High sweetness,low calorie: It is 7,000-13,000 times sweeter than sucrose.It has very low level of calories,which is safety for diabetics.
Lower cost:The cost of neotame is much lower than that of aspartame.In beverage products,20% nutritional sweetener or high intensity sweetener can be replaced by neotame
