PREPARATION OF SHIITAKE TEA Pour 5dl of water over 5gr of dry mushrooms. After 30 minutes, take the mushrooms our,put salt on them and put them back into the water. Boil it for 15-20 minutes. Then filter and drink. If desired, sweeten it with sugar or honey.
