Konjac foods have no discernable taste but absorb the dominant flavors of the soup or dish to which they're added. They are very much like cellophane or bean thread noodles in taste and texture but they have no net carbs or calories. You can use konjac foods in place of regular pasta --- for having it with butter and grated cheese. You would boil it for 15 minutes first then toss it in a saute pan with the butter and cheese. Konjac foods is kind of instant foods, you can eat as salad with your favored dressing. You can make a stir fry with some ground pork, mushrooms, egg, and konjac foods, added a lot of chili pepper and some other spices the noodles can be heated through in any recipe you use them.
