Skimmed milk powder SPECIFICATIONS
Obtained by spray drying of pasteurized milk, wholly or partly skimmed milk, from cream or from a
mixture of these products. Product can be enriched with vitamins. Product is developed by HACCP, in accordance with Council Directives 92/46/ EEC, 2001/114/EC, First Commission Directives 79/1067/EEC, 87/524/EEC and labeled with the EU health mark.

Storage: from the date of production at a humidity not up 85%, not longer: Skimmed 2 years at a temperature not up 25 ºC
